Tip of the Week: Hanging Around

Tip of the Week: Hanging Around

Hey there all of you Garden of Eden fans out there and welcome to our latest edition of “Tip of the Week,” where we provide all of you some tips and tricks to keep your indoor flowers and outdoor gardens looking spectacular all the year through! This week, we’re showing you how to make your own hanging garden at a fraction of the cost of commercial ones! Sometimes it’s hard to look at an item, and to think of what else it can be used for.  Take a hanging shower caddy for example: it seems like it can be repurposed into almost nothing.  However, take some felt, soil, and a dollop of imagination, and you can turn that hanging caddy into your own personal hanging garden. The premise is as simple as it sounds: take some felt, line the caddy with it, and then fill with soil.  Find somewhere to hang it, plant your seeds, and you are good to go!  Fellow gardeners will be astounded by your gardening ingenuity, and little do they know how simple it was to make. For more gardening tips and tricks, be sure to check back every Monday for our latest Tip of the Week!
