Tip of the Week: Poinsettia Care
Hey there all of you Garden of Eden fans out there and welcome to our latest edition of "Tip of the Week," where we provide all of you some tips and tricks to keep your indoor flowers and outdoor gardens looking spectacular all the year through! Today's tip will teach you how to keep those poinsettias you received over the holidays lasting longer. We hope you enjoy! We could guess that many of you either received poinsettias as gifts, or purchased one or several for yourself over the holidays. You can help prolong their lives by keeping their soil just moist enough, but not overly soggy. Also, make sure their containers have drainage holes as it will be important to allow any excess water to drain. Poinsettias also do best in fairly high humidity environments, and when the temperatures is about 60 degrees at night and 72 throughout the day. These tips should serve to have you enjoy your poinsettias through the New Year!
