But no, it's not the fruit of the pumpkin variety. Did you know that the Autumn season is the best time of the year to plant fruit trees? Yes! Trees such as pears, apples, plums, figs, cherries and peaches are best planted in the Fall time. Tip - young fruit trees should be stakes down to prevent their roots from being pulled and damaged by the winds of the season. Once their grow and bearing, you will literally be enjoying the fruits of your labor! Happy planting!
