Feature Flower Friday: The Sweet Pea

Hi there all of you Garden of Eden Flower Shop (and chocolates and gifts) fans! We'd like to welcome you all to our latest Feature Flower Friday! Each week, we will be featuring a different type of flower, the meaning behind them and the reasons you would give or present them to someone. Today, we're talking all about the Sweet Pea. Enjoy! As today is April 1 - no fools - we thought we would share a little about about this month's birth flower and the meanings behind it. The sweet pea does appear in a wide variety of colors - mostly pastel shades - and also is found in two-tone blooms. It can symbolize such things as 'blissful pleasure', or 'thank you for a lovely time'. This enchanting flower always carries a quite fragrant blossom.
