Feature Flower Friday: Jasmine

Feature Flower Friday: Jasmine

Hi there all of you Garden of Eden Flower Shop (and chocolates and gifts) fans! We’d like to welcome you all to our new Feature Flower Friday! Each week, we will be feature a different type of flower, the meaning behind them and the reasons you would give or present them to someone else. Join us this week as we cover the jasmine flower. Jasmine is a traditionally Eastern flower sporting white blossoms that always seem to become prominent in these colder months.  In addition, when cut, this flower gives off a very pleasing aroma, filling your home with the wondrous scents of nature.  However, along with most flowers, the jasmine flower has quite the meanings and symbolisms attached to it. Overall, the jasmine flower means love, but also represents beauty and sensuality.  Due to its white hues, the jasmine is also associated with purity and innocence.  With all of these symbolisms, it is pretty clear that you want to send a message to the person whom you are gifting it to.  Although, the exact message depends on the circumstances in which you are gifting the flower. No matter what you plan to use the jasmine flower for—for its messages or for its wondrous scent—know that we are here to help.  Come on in today and see what we can do for you. Have a great weekend, Garden of Eden fans!
