Tip of the Week: Falling for Lawns
Share
Hey there all of you Garden of Eden fans out there and welcome to our latest edition of “Tip of the Week,” where we provide all of you some tips and tricks to keep your indoor flowers and outdoor gardens looking spectacular all the year through! This week, we’re giving you some advice on how to care for your lawn during these fall months! Believe it or not, but the fall is one of the most important times that you can care for your lawn. Not all growth is done in the spring and summer, as activity beneath the soil is still high in these coming brisk days. Not only that, but weeds will not germinate during the fall, leaving you the perfect opportunity to get a head-start on your lawn for next year. Our advice to you is to fertilize, and fertilize often. While you're at it, start planting more seeds, and keep the fertilizer coming. The better you take care of your lawn now, the better chance you have at having a fuller lawn come the spring; one that can go toe-to-toe with all of the bothersome weeds out there.
